About Bin Concierge

Hello, I am Nicola, founder of Bin Concierge.

Bin Concierge was started in 2022 with a clear vision that a quality Wheelie Bin Cleaning Service would make a real difference to the health, hygiene and liveability of our local community and its surrounds.

Our custom trailer features high-pressure cleaning, a hydraulic lift system, and a closed-loop water recycling process that captures all wastewater on-site. Every bin is washed, sanitised, deodorised and wiped down by hand. It is the kind of clean you will actually notice and it is why our customers return.

I am a proud and passionate, local member of the South Coast Community, running a family business that I genuinely love. I take pride in every single job and look forward to making a difference to your home and your street.

We use a purpose-built trailer with a hydraulic lift system, high-pressure wash and a closed-loop water recycling process. Every bin is washed, sanitised, deodorised and hand-wiped and all wastewater is captured on-site. No runoff, no mess, no shortcuts. It is a thoroughness that you will notice from the first clean.

Over time, bins build up bacteria, mould and food residue that cause unpleasant odours and attract pests like flies, maggots, cockroaches and rodents, especially in warmer months. Regular cleaning removes the source of these problems, creating a healthier environment around your home. It also extends the life of your bins and means that you will never have to deal with the unpleasant job of scrubbing them out yourself.

No. We clean your bins after they have been emptied by council, so there is nothing that you need to do. Your bins will be clean and back in place when you get home.

Most of our customers choose monthly cleaning, which keeps bins fresh and prevents build-up of bacteria, odours and pests. Fortnightly is ideal if you have young children, pets, or your bins get heavy use, particularly in warmer months. We also offer one-off cleans for a deep refresh or end-of-lease situations.

All wastewater is captured in our trailer’s onboard system, filtered and recycled during the cleaning process. We use only biodegradable, eco-friendly products.

No contracts at all. You can pause, skip or cancel your service at any time. We find that once people experience the difference, they tend to stay, but that is always your choice.

We accept cash and bank transfer. Cash payments do not incur a surcharge. Payment is required prior to your clean.

We clean all standard council wheelie bins; general waste (red lid), recycling (yellow lid), and green/organic (green lid). For commercial properties, we service plastic bins up to 660L.

Yes, Bin Concierge is a registered NDIS provider. We offer tailored bin cleaning services for NDIS participants with flexible agreements and support. Get in touch to discuss your needs and we will work out a plan that suits you.

We service the South Coast region across three zones. Zone 1 covers Kiama, Kiama Downs, Minnamurra and Gainsborough. Zone 2 covers Tullimbar, Calderwood, Albion Park, Oak Flats, Albion Park Rail, Shellcove and Dunmore. Zone 3 covers Gerringong and Kiama Heights.
